At Karovi, it’s our constant endeavor to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order for a full refund of the paid price. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from the Karovi website. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.

At Karovi  your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchange – We do not have any exchange policy

GUIDELINES FOR A VALID RETURN:

  1. All product tags are intact and in their original packaging
  2. Product must be unused
  3. Products must be in an unwashed and undamaged condition

Please Note: For all claims related to receiving missing items or the wrong product, we advise you to share video evidence of unboxing and raise the issue within 24 working hours from the date of delivery. We may not be able to entertain claims of missing products being received without video proof of unboxing.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.

Returns are done free of cost if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered), or damaged products are received by the customer. After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.

Note: In case an order has been processed through different warehouses and if a return is required to be raised, it should be returned with respect to the same package.

NOTE:

1) We will not be responsible if the wrong product is handed over by you to the delivery person at the time of pickup.

2) The customer needs to self-ship the goods from their side and we will reimburse the shipping costs (Max – Rs.100) if the pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pickup.

3) Karovi’s return policy is only for 7 days from the date of delivery.
